When I speak of commitment it is not I show up every day; It’s I show up every day with a plan based on my or my team’s priorities, and a decided mind to do my best, be coachable and have an understanding that success is a process not an event.
Once you commit you will always have haters/naysayers no matter how good, loving, kind hearted, well spoken, giving, you are. But when you start to allow those voices or that babble to slow your progress you have put more confidence now someone else’s opinion than yours…. refocus and know that if you are going to be successful- you must value your time, seek personal development, and commit to yourself that you will be great!
