Russia Test-Launches Missile, Putin Issues Warning To West

As the U.S. unveils new sanctions against Russia, Putin test-launches a new intercontinental ballistic missile, and in a televised address, calls it “Food for thought” to those who might threaten his nation. The DOJ appeals a federal ruling striking down the mask mandate for public transportation after a request from the CDC. CNN Chief Legal Analyst Jeffrey Toobin joins to discuss whether the outcome of the appeal will be crucial in preserving the CDC’s authority.

In a new escalation in the Governor DeSantis Vs Disney feud, the Florida Senate approves a move that would revoke Disney’s status as a special district starting next year. DeSantis appears to be angry with Disney’s CEO, who condemned the new Florida law that critics describe as the ‘Don’t say gay’ bill. Plus, Johnny Depp returns to the stand in his $50 million defamation lawsuit against ex-wife Amber Heard, alleging she instigated fights and violence.
