Opting in to your true birthright to live a life filled with happiness, financial abundance, and healthy relationships is within your reach. Listen to me, it is totally ok to reach out for help in an effort to let go of old thoughts and baggage that no longer serves you so that you can fully achieve wellness and balance in your life. Now I understand that finding a therapist can feel difficult for many women of color, myself included, it was hard for me to find the right therapist. But finding someone and engaging with them can literally change your life. Let’s talk about it.
