Friends & Kin… How are y’all doing? No for real. How are y’all FEELING – in this moment? This episode is about just that. THE MOMENT. Staying present. All too often we are so focused on either the past or the future, when what really matters is what is happening RIGHT NOW. OUR Right now is the key to the streets. It is where all the magic happens. However, we overlook all these magical moments because we are stuck in the thick of what already occurred or the possibilities of what COULD occur. Meanwhile… Life is passing us by. Second by second. Minute by minute. Hour by hour. Day by day…  Before you know it, it’s been YEARS.  Years have passed you by & you look back at what you’ve been doing all that time. NOT FOCUSING ON THE HERE AND NOW.

It’s time again for the Hand Me My Purse GRATITUDE CHALLENGE – PART DEUX! That’s right it’s time to be intentional about being grateful. I said it in January during episode No. 37 – the first gratitude challenge reflection that I would be doing this again… Well it’s about that time.
