Something we’d like to instill in our children from a young age is that they can talk to us. We want them to feel comfortable coming to us to communicate their feelings, thoughts and opinions. Simultaneously, we want them to understand that while we are receptive to their expression, we are still their parents and we are responsible for their growth and development and will respond as such with Love. In This Episode, we share how Theo (our oldest) approached Glen about his work/life balance. We react and recollect the conversation when Theo called Glen out about how he’s doing as a Father.
