The White House says state-run, land-grant HBCUs are owed more than $13 billion.  Education Secretary Miguel Cardona and Agriculture Secretary Thomas Vilsack sent letters to 16 governors discussing the gaps in funding these black schools. 

Conservative judicial activist Leonard Leo is under for his efforts to install judges on federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court.  Congresswoman Summer Lee will be here to help explain how he’s gotten away with this.
