Ep. 602 – Let me explain last night’s leak from the Supreme Court

Last night, a Supreme Court opinion was leaked to Politico in which Roe v Wade was overturned by the conservative majority. The thing is, the opinion, while it appears to be authentic, is not yet official or binding, because it was not supposed to be public for at least a month or two.

Today I’ll try to unpack and explain what it means and what it doesn’t mean. And I’ll try my best to explain how we got to this moment.
