On today’s episode of Engineerz N ish, the Martins discuss vibe killers and how to deal with difficult people and situations in professional spaces. We have all dealt with difficult people in our social and professional circles. It is really easy to let them bring us down but it is much better to learn to manage those annoyances without allowing them to get us to that point. Drew speaks on a book he has read that speaks on how we distribute our energy. They also speak on the importance of setting boundaries and not allowing anyone to cross those limits no matter who or what.
