Episode #354 addresses a topic that every listener can benefit from. When a plan is formulated it is possible that the plan will be changed. This doesn't mean that the plan will be abandoned. Quitting isn't a smart habit to from because you will end up telling yourself a lie. This explanation is referring to a pattern of quitting especially when it's something that actually works. This will communicate to yourself that you don't follow through and that it's okay to quit. It's better to prove yourself right and follow through with what you've set out to do. This will also teach you what you actually have the capacity to begin in the first place. Serial quitters don't get far. Make it a habit to have a clear action plan so that your tendency to quit is greatly diminished. Put yourself around other people who don't quit so that it will lower your tendency to quit as well.
