Dr. Ashley Adams on Mentoring Women to Their Potential

Dr. Ashley Adams speaks about mentoring and leadership for women. She focuses on motivating women at various stages of their academic and non-academic work and on how to move to the next level in their careers.

Dr. Adams holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration and currently serves as the Director of Student Affairs at a research one institution in the northeast while also serving as a faculty member in the university’s College of Education.

In addition to her academic roles, Dr. Adams is part of the two-woman team who produces the Schoolin Life podcast, along with other creative works.
