277: Comedian Brian Simpson

In this week’s episode of the Black Girl Nerds podcast, we interview comedian Brian Simpson.

Brian burst onto the scene when audiences and critics fell in love with him on Comedy Central’s series Lights Out with David Spade: “The Wu-Tang Clan is the Greatest Clan” 

Since then, he was named a New Face 2021 at the prestigious Just For Laughs Comedy Festival and Vulture included him in their highly anticipated annual list of Comedians You Should Know 2021. He tours the country brilliantly incorporating his rare combination of life experiences as a foster child and Marine Corps veteran into his refreshingly unique point of view.
