Woofin

Tonight, we will be reading Woofin written by Zora Neale Hurston.

Woofin is a screen play that takes place on Negro Street in Waycross, Georgia. Good Black is challenged to a checkers game where he falls into a trap that he can’t get out of. As he’s stalling, he is pestered by his wife to help with the laundry and distracted by various neighborhood characters as they pass through.
