When The Rainbow Isn't Enough

This week's episode is a pickup from last week's episode "Heavy Is The Head". This week i talk about how the unexpected losses of life can rock us to to our core, and I challenge us to think about what we can do to create a safe space to deal with the challenges that we're facing. I also talk about how during this time of accountability/revelation that we have to lean into empathy/compassion to open ourselves to place ourselves into the shoes of other people. There are a lot of people struggling right now, and how do open ourselves to talk to others who are struggling.  I'm hoping this will create an intention in the world to help us heal and grow.
