Unpacking Emotional Wounds, Healing From Your Past & Current Energy Drainers/Givers

In this episode, I want to give you all an update on where I am in my healing journey. I’ve been taking a closer look at the roots of my past traumas, really digging deep to understand how they’ve shaped me. I’ll share my personal experiences, the insights I’ve gained, and the progress I’m making in confronting and addressing these underlying issues. It’s not always easy, but I’m committed to this journey, and I believe it’s an essential part of my personal growth.
I’m also sharing some of my current energy-drainers and how I’m actively working to turn them into sources of positivity and energy. I want to show you how I’m taking control of my life and making choices that empower me, rather than drain me.
