As we wrap up season 2, we want to thank you all for tuning in and listening and sharing. We pray that the journeys that have been shared have helped you on your journey.
During this episode, we had the pleasure of speaking to someone who truly turned his pain into purpose. George Ackerman shared his journey of losing his mother to Parkinson's disease. Since becoming aware of her diagnosis, he has been bringing awareness to the disease in hopes for a cure. In speaking with George, we learned that he is passionate about using his voice to speak for those who may not be able to or who may not be heard. George is also a published author, podcast host, has earned a PhD, JD, and MBA.
