In this episode, I talk about how to survive showing up at work while dealing with the continuous killing of black people.

To say that the continuous killing of unarmed black and brown people, the mass shootings, and the blatant racism is weighing on us heavy…..that is a gross understatement.

And the silence at work along with the stupid things they say when they do open their mouths…..It’s A LOT!!!

So how do we manage this? I don’t have all the answers but I have some tips and tricks to help you navigate your workplace and maintain some sense of sanity.
