To say that the continuous killing of unarmed black and brown people, the mass shootings, and the blatant racism is weighing on us heavy…..that is a gross understatement.
And the silence at work along with the stupid things they say when they do open their mouths…..It’s A LOT!!!
So how do we manage this? I don’t have all the answers but I have some tips and tricks to help you navigate your workplace and maintain some sense of sanity.
