EJ and MH are back in The Locker Room discussing the 2020-2021 Tokyo Olympics. Through the ups and downs of the global pandemic EJ and MH shared their thoughts on everything from the opening ceremonies to the medal count between Team USA and the other countries.

The fellas hit on the new sports added to this years Olympic Games and the impact it has on athletes today. Skateboarding was a new event added this year, MH gives us a preview on what can be next.

The conversation continued on to the Olympic village. There have been many stories reported of the activity in the Olympic village and how COVID-19 has impacted that experience.

Simone Biles (the GOAT) who has a plethora of Olympic experience has been in the news with her battles with mental health. EJ and MH get into a interesting conversation about mental health in sports. How much of mental health in sports is contributed to outcomes? The guys touched on the impact it’s had on athletes like Simone, Naomi Osaka, Kevin Love and more.

Of course with the summer Olympics comes the Dream Team, Dream Team 2 or the Redeem Team. EJ and MH hit on basketball. Do the USA men have enough talent to compete for Gold or does countries featuring stars like Luka Doncic have an opportunity to take the podium?
