Leadership is influence – nothing more, nothing less. ~ states that the greatness of a leader is not measured by the amount of money one makes or position one has, but by the number of lives one influences. Without influence, you will never be able to lead others.

Taking care of your people individually and guarding their mindset against negative thoughts helps them maintain a healthy perspective and emotional stability.

Many people are unaware of their potential until someone believes in them.

Your team values a leader who pays attention to and acknowledges their views. 

U – Understanding

Training them to see and think at a higher level must be taught from a leader's point of view. 

E – Encouraging

Supporting your team in becoming their best versions fosters a positive working relationship between you and your colleagues. 

N – Navigating

Assist and lead your team in developing their leadership skills and abilities. S

C – Connecting

Having a genuine connection to people creates harmonious relationships in the team. 

E – Empowerment
