Lavina’s mission is to help all ages feel good both physically and mentally, and reduce risks of common chronic diseases through her concept of ‘Exercise Snacking’ and free chair workouts with her Mother in Law. Lavina was awarded an MBE from the Queen for her services to Health & Fitness during the Covid-19.

Lavina also highlights the need for empowering women and girls in fitness and the critical role of social connections in overall wellbeing, emphasising the need for more research and representation in women’s health, and the evolving conversation around aging and the empowerment of women to embrace their health journeys.
