Let's be honest, we have all had those moments where we feel like "THEY don't support me"… whether in business, an idea, a new venture, college, relationships, etc., they don't support me, but have we ever stopped to think about what our actual support needs are?
Like WHAT does "SUPPORT" actually look like for me? Is it a shared post, showing up, or a pat on the back?
Is the problem that our expectation is a reflection of how we show up for others? Is it that we have a want but don't actually voice our needs to feel supported?
