Let's be honest, we have all had those moments where we feel like "THEY don't support me"… whether in business, an idea, a new venture, college, relationships, etc., they don't support me, but have we ever stopped to think about what our actual support needs are?
Like WHAT does "SUPPORT" actually look like for me? Is it a shared post, showing up, or a pat on the back?

What about the moments where life changes and we are no longer on the same paths, you don't support this version of me…
This week we talk about support and how we can learn how to effectively voice what our needs are to the people around us!
