The city of Miami honored Trina with her own plague and day earlier this month making her officially the baddest chick in Miami and our CareFreeBlackGirl of the week . Our other CareFreeBlackGirl of the week Miss Lauren London the wife of the late Nipsey Hussle who revealed her tribute collaboration with Puma. We hope to see more and more of her to come.

During the girl segment we talk Beyoncé. She did an in depth interview with Elle giving insight on Ivy Park. The Queen talks mother hood , finding purpose and more.
