S2 Ep 10- Procrastination… because maybe I can wish it away (Avoiding the inevitable)

In todays episode we discuss delaying the inevitable – avoiding something that is coming either way. We know its coming, nothing we are doing is actually going to stop it – it doesn’t change it , it doesn’t take off the edge or make it better. It simply puts off a thing that is going to happen regardless , but we often trick ourselves into thinking the wait is going to make this better. We trick ourselves into thinking ahah, pain avoided. But the avoidance is temporary at best – at worst we made the unavoidable even worst for when we finally have to deal with it.
Its simply procrastination by another name. But why do we procrastinate? and is procrastination even all that bad?
