Remembering NICHELLE NICHOLS

We remember actress/activist Nichelle Nichols (1932-2022) by revisiting their review of 1974’s Truck Turner, which featured a Nichols’ performance unlike any she ever gave before or after, as well as a bonus treat — Len’s 2015 interview with Ms. Nichols from the Great Philadelphia Comic Convention, where she shares anecdotes from her dance and acting career and her private thoughts on her recently departed Star Trek co-star Leonard Nimoy.
