Judgement- creates groups and its natural to judge… as humans you will have and should have thoughts about things, places, people, experiences etc….. but when you start limiting or degrading ppl Bc of their differences you now have a huge problem. The differences in ppl and the diversity we have in this country creates the greatest opportunity for America to be great for the first time! Differences- make innovation, ideation, creativity….. all possible #ThinkAboutIt
