Friends and Kin this episode is part two of a conversation about SELF-ACCOUNTABILITY. In the last episode or part one of this discussion we talked about that self-accountability is. We discussed what it looks like, smells like and just the flat out truth about what it is at its core. We also touched on what could be at the nucleus of the lack of self-accountability in certain communities. COMMUNITIES BEING ANY GROUPING OF PEOPLE – FAMILIES, FRIEND CIRCLES. I went over in particular how it can sometimes show up in the Black comunity and WHY… Agree or disagree – it happens a lot and there may be reasons associated with that behavior.

In this episode I dive more into how we are going to combat this and stop this behavior. I talk about deflection versus reflection and I share some information I found on Faith Evans’ internet about how not taking self-accountability and deflecting is a form of gaslighting, narcissism and even emotional abuse. Tune in to see how we can all work on being more reflective and focus on being our best self in spite of mistakes and so called “failures” we may experience in life.
