It’s been one week since a gunman stormed Robb Elementary killing 19 students and two teachers but questions still remain about why police failed to act quickly, as apparent audio from a dispatch call emerges saying a child was on the line, advising they were in a room full of shooting victims. Plainville Chief of Police, Christopher Vanghele, is the Officer who led the initial entry team at the Sandy Hook Elementary shooting. He joins CNN Tonight to give his reaction to the Uvalde police response.
