Myra stops by WAGM studio to talk with Gam and Mz Gogetta about being raped at the age of 6 years old by an older cousin. Enduring so much trauma over the years lead to several attempt of suicide and fighting depression. Myra husband died in her arms and she states that she "can still see his eyes". Myra told her family that she was gay and later married a woman who she stayed with for several years. Being a foster mom felt great to her as she felt she had a lot of love to give however years later she was raped by one of her foster sons in her home. Although she has endured some hardships she states that she "is in a better place and feels safe". Married for the third time she feels comfort, loved and most importantly protected. Myra has a nonprofit that helps sexual assault victims….
