For a movie that had so much potential, Michael ends up being just an “okay” biopic. This is a movie that touches on Michael Jackson as a person but is more concerned with the spectacle that was MJ once the music hits. Its a shame too because you can see the potential that this film could’ve really been and yet it never hits the highs to really give insight to MJ the person and the relationships he forged along the way that helped him become this iconic figure.
