Your mental health is your responsibility, you can’t expect anyone to care if you don’t.
Always pour into yourself, no matter if it’s only 10-15 minutes a day. Give yourself a chance to refill your own cup before filling someone else’s.
Anxiety isn’t avoidable, but properly planning for big or stressful events can be the difference maker in the way you feel, and how productive you are.
Depression is a feeling that stems from something else. You can’t just take a pill for depression, and it goes away forever. It’s something you have to work towards everyday. Being intentional about your mental health daily should be the standard.
Having unresolved trauma can cause many underlining affects in business, and your relationship life. Never allow the way you feel to dictate the relationship you have with your loved ones. A lot of times when we are feeling less than our best, we beat up the people closest to us, or the people we love the most.
