A Mississippi civil rights group says the police in Lexington harass and abuse black residents of the major-black town. The Justice Department is already investigating the city for discrimination practices. Civil rights group JUILAN just slapped the city with a lawsuit. The founder of JUILAN is here to explain the case.

Georgia District Attorney Fani Willis continues to dodge MAGA bullets since charging Donald Trump and his cronies. I’ll talk to an attorney who will walk us through the hurdles Willis must clear to continue the prosecution. 

Senate Republicans block border bill. And Republican Senator James Lankford says his life was threatened for his attempt to reach a border deal with the Democrats.
