I Can’t Do This Anymore

I am so overwhelmed with emotion. We have received yet another phone call with terrible news and I cannot handle another. 

We have people in our lives that we owe it to to take care of our mental health. I have been LOW and I have been HIGH. Recently I have been LOWWWW but I have to do something about it and I cannot be ashamed of that!

If you feel the way that I do and soooo many others take advantage of BETTER HELP please.

The only reason I am here today is because I decided to start when I really did not want to.
