Additional Resource
Dr. Rheeda Walker encourages us to take inventory of our psychological fortitude, a measure of how well an individual can cope with difficult situations. Dr. Walker rates this score from 0 to 10, with 0 representing a lack of desire to go on with life and 10 representing the highest level of resilience. Strive for a score of 7 or better. To learn more, check out her book titled The Unapologetic Guide To Black Mental Health.
