Part 1 of this episode was breathtaking. So much so, we had to bring Gia back for a second part to the conversation. As you may know, Gia, a mama of 2, lost her husband in 2021 to suicide. Within this episode, Gia speaks further about the experiences she and her family faced with her husband’s anxiety and depression. She also shares how this experience impacted her mentally, physically and emotionally. Although the conversation was heavy, Gia remains positive and hopeful for her and her children’s happiness and future.
