If you are a baddie who is devoting all of your precious time and energy to your boyfriend, friends, family drama, your annoying co-worker, or even social media, etc., you are not doing you; you are doing THEM.

With time, not only does this become the most repelling energy in the world, but it’s also the most detrimental energy for your self-concept.​

Think about a clingy girlfriend who is constantly nagging her boyfriend, dumping her trauma on him, being skeptical about him, getting mad if he’s out with friends, etc.

That energy is REPELLING. NO ONE LIKES THAT ENERGY.

When you are doing you, you are showing yourself and others that you have a life. You know your worth. And that YOU are your own Roman empire.

‘Doing you’ is much easier than you think as you’ll soon see that you’ll naturally begin to feel “glitter” in your heart around the things that fill your cup.
