There is always a rainbow after the storm of losses. Today’s guest knows what it feels to be granted her rainbow baby girl on the day of love Valentine’s Day 2019. Before that Lakisha Watson was told she would never conceive due to ovarian cysts and her fallopian tubes being partially closed. One month after getting married, she was able to defeat the odds and become pregnant with a baby boy. Lakisha’s son’s heart stopped beating at 31 weeks and he was born still. In today’s episode Lakisha takes us back to those moments of how she coped with the loss of her son, how 4 months later she became pregnant with her rainbow baby girl, and what pregnancy after loss does to you emotionally. This episode is for you to listen to if you have ever had a stillbirth, ovarian cysts, or want to understand what pregnancy after loss looks like.
