Happy Holiday, everyone! Today, I’d like to share some life updates and spa days with you. This year marks my 43rd birthday, and it will be the year of my soft life. And by that, I mean that I don’t intend to struggle or that I don’t want it to be just about survival. This is the year I’m just embracing life, loving life, and allowing myself to be soft so I don’t have to feel like I’m always on guard or waiting for the other shoe to drop.
