EP 38: Self-Discovery After The Loss ft. Kristin Bethune

“Who I was in my marriage was not me at all.”

In this episode, we are joined by a fly widow who is dealing with the aftermath of her loss. The death of Kristin’s husband serves as a wake-up call for her. She was able to discover her life’s purpose and develop into a better version of herself.

Kristin Bethune is an Author, Podcaster and mother of two beautiful children Kollin and Karsyn. She is a graduate of Kaplan University where she earned her bachelors’ degree in Health Science. After losing her husband back in 2016 she started on this amazing journey of self-discovery. She calls herself “The Healing Widow” because although the loss of her husband made her a widow the focus is now on her healing journey.
