• Identify your attachment style and give you tools to build a more secure style
• Identify red flags
• Navigate conflict in intimate relationships
• Build healthy boundaries in intimate relationships and so much more.
Joining this group means you will be committing to attend all 3 sessions:
• 1st session is on the 1st of March from 10:30 – 12noon
• 2nd session is on the 5th of April from 10:30 – 12noon
• 3rd session is on the 3rd of May from 10:30 – 12noon
