In this episode, I share a jewel that I learned from a good friend Jessica Bullock of Jesus & Therapy podcast on matching other people’s energy in relationships. I share how I have been able to apply the quote “We suffer in pain longer than we have to when we refuse to accept reality.” It was definitely an eye-opening moment when I realized how my need to be a fixer and the corresponding behavior was prolonging my own suffering.
