Jeff Ponders II is a modern-day Batman. By day, he invests in high-growth entrepreneurs as a VC investor and consultant. By night, he performs across the US as a jazz saxophonist. In between, he’s the host of The Becoming Better podcast and helps unfulfilled professionals ditch their contrived corporate personas to be their authentic selves every day as a speaker and author.   A graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, Jeff resides in the Detroit area with his family.
