Motivational Fix: Don't Give Up podcast
Diets are one of the most problematic and disturbing traps of beauty culture. As we head into this new year and consider what our resolutions might be, I want to address this topic and my own relationship and awareness around dieting growing up. Meal planning, cutting sugar, tracking calories, cutting carbs — all of it is a slippery slope towards an unhealthy and unsustainable relationship with food. In this episode, I offer two ideas that have helped me work towards a healthy relationship with both food and my body and I hope they’ll be helpful to you. Enjoy!
