Day 9: Don’t Listen to The People In The Stands

 You are brave. To chase your career, your dreams, to be vulnerable and share yourself with others is a really brave thing to do. In the age of the internet, trolls and nay sayers, it can be really discouraging when someone harshly criticizes you or says something to tear you down. 

Don’t pay them any mind. You know why? Because you are in the center ring and those mean people are just shouting insults from the stands. 

It’s easy to shout from the stands when you don’t have to do anything. They don’t know you and they definitely don’t know how much work it actually takes to get to where you are. 

It’s cowardly to be unkind and in the stands. That’s not brave.

Celebrate yourself. YOU are the brave one.
