Ms. Doleman is the principal and founder of SEAS Community Partners, LLC. Ms. Doleman has over 25 years of experience as an innovative solution provider and leader in developing strategic solutions for nonprofit organizations, small businesses, commercial organizations, and government agencies. Ms. Doleman began her professional career in computer and professional training for government and businesses. She was an adjunct professor at both George Washington University School of Professional Development and the University of the District of Columbia. Ms. Doleman has designed training classes for nonprofit organizations and small businesses. Ms. Doleman was the CEO of a technology and managing consulting firm for almost 20 years specializing in business process reengineering, database and web development, and software engineering solutions to nonprofit, commercial, state/local, federal government agencies, and universities.
Ms. Doleman’s role at SEAS includes providing strategic consulting and coaching for small businesses and nonprofit organizations in management, strategic and business/organization planning, technology, marketing strategies, and project/program management. Ms. Doleman has written grant proposals for small businesses and nonprofit organizations, securing over 8 million in funding over the past seven years. Ms. Doleman’s business/organizational coaching strategies have improved financial bottom lines for clients in new business and expansion strategies. Ms. Doleman has provided strategic solutions and technical assistance to over 250 small businesses and nonprofit organizations in the past eight years.
Ms. Doleman has designed youth health and wellness programs and is currently developing an innovative multiplatform tool to combat childhood obesity.
Ms. Doleman is a graduate of the Howard University School of Business in Computer-Based Information Systems, Project Management Institute – Project Management Professional, and has completed additional coursework in grant writing and various technologies.
