I first fell in love with cinema at a very young age due to my late Father Jamie when he would
take me to Blockbuster & Hollywood video rental stores in North County San Diego almost on a
daily basis. In 2005 during my freshman year of High School Through students who’d become
his friends & Krump Mentors, I saw the krump documentary Rize in 2005. It and my friends at
school got me initiated into the krump culture from then fast forward 15 years to now I still
krump. In 2012 my dad passed from Cancer, then I and my mom decided to move to LA because
I wanted to chase my dream of being a Film Maker in the Film Industry.
I started networking and learning as I went. Eventually, in 2014 I met Singer/Comedian/stylist
O’neal Mcknight when I went to see his first comedy set at the Laugh Factory. In doing so we
talked before his set, exchanged info and he told me to meet him outside after his set. After his
set, I went outside where a film crew awaited me and him. He was starring in his own reality tv
show for the lifetime channel and wanted me to be in the scene they were shooting as one of his
entourage members in front of the laugh factory. After that from 2014 – 2018, I kept getting
dancing, acting roles, & crew jobs on youtube web series and movies such as Russell Simmon’s
All Def Digital series “Cracker Jackson” to krumping in La La Land.
In 2018 I decided to step out of the cycle of Just being content with dancing / Acting roles and to
chase my initial goal of Film Making. I Rallied friends iv made in the industry since moving to
LA to that point and made a Dc Comics Fan Film called “Fair Play”. It was my first time making
something I Wrote, Co-Directed, and Co-Starred in. 2019 – Feb 2020 I started filming more
independent projects such as my first documentary and tv pilot which both were almost
completed until the covid shut down. From Feb 2020 – now in quarantine iv work for J.B.
smooth and then co-created a Quarantine Dramedy called “ Boxed In”, Which I co-write/co-
direct/co-star in and edit. So far 4 episodes into Boxed we’ve had celebrity guest stars in each
episode from the power ranger franchise, veronica mars, Starz channel Spartacus and Spike Lee
films.
