**Celebrating Juneteenth and Honoring the Past**

This week on Community Connection, we’re diving into the rich history of Juneteenth, a holiday commemorating the emancipation of enslaved African Americans on June 19, 1865. Our guests share their insights on the significance of this day and the importance of preserving the truth about the Civil War and the role of black soldiers in its outcome.
