Coach C. Collins is back at it to help give his experience of coaching methods and tactics that can hopefully help you to grow in the game of basketball along with talking any other issues or video reactions that he wants to discuss.

Todays topic I try to tackle the question I get from a lot of parents and players how much time should you spend on your game?  There is a balance you have to be very aware of when young bodies are working to get better because if you do to little you will let the competition overtake you but on the flip side if you do to much you can run the risk of injury and “burnout” for youth athletes.

I also react to a video talking about the impact of the 3pt shot with link of the full video in the description.
