As 2019 comes to a close, Kea takes time to reflect on her mental health recovery. She remembers the countless days she wanted to die in her sleep and struggled with suicidal thoughts for five months before attempting suicide for a second time. In this episode, she celebrates her wins, acknowledge challenges and encourage us to think about what steps we can take to crush our goals in 2020.
