Slow down now,

And come into the night.

Notice your mind,

Moving, 

Swirling,

And wanting to play.

And see if you can imagine yourself,

Looking upon your mind,

Noticing your thoughts from afar,

And then breathing out a sigh,

As your body softens,

And your mind calms.
