The ladies are catching up long distance this week to discuss Chayce’s dirty laundry, keeping it real with the Anesthesiologist, and the obnoxious bills that come along with doctor’s visits and prescriptions. 

00:22 – Before Beyonce put out her country album she made a point to highlight other country acts of color so as not to overshine their hard work. The Ashleys thank her for her generosity because of her, they have found their new favorite artist. Shaboozey AKA Booze.

08:51 – Ashley W ended up in the ER this week, but after 8-9 hours,  a visit to the gastroenterologist, and a new diet, she's finally on the exploratory journey to find out what's really happening in her intestines. However, this low Fodmap diet has her sneaking candy & donuts, so we’ll have to see how this really goes.  

25:48 – Ashley N also found herself at the doctor’s office this week. She had her annual OBGYN appointment and added a little extra testing this time. Is she giving perimenopausal or ovaries of a much younger woman?

38:44  – This week’s TV Time is dedicated to the HBO reality series “The Jerrod Carmichael Show.” And in the words of Ashley W “you want to know what will shock you and absolutely take your mind somewhere else?” The first 4 episodes are out and well, let’s just say it’s not at all what you would expect out of a reality show. 

45:50  – It’s “Would You Rather” Question Time! Ashley + Ashley discuss being hairy vs. bald, texts vs. calls, friendships with your ex, and oral hygiene.
